I'm Going to Have a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy Tomorrow

I talked about this before. About colonoscopy, I have it for the first time. I'm really looking forward to have it and how many times I go to a bathroom after I drink 1 to 2 liters of the laxative  When I went to a hospital two weeks ago, a doctor told me that I should eat foods that is gentle on the gut the day before I had a colonoscopy, so I ate them such as "Okayu", "Udon" and "Tofu" today.
