Entrance Exam

School year in Japan begins in April and ends in March, so it is the season now that entrance exams at schools are held across the country. Actually, my both kids are just the students who are tackling those tests. I really hope they can do their best and new school year comes happily. Anyway, when I was a student, the results of entrance exam almost were released at each school on site, and we used to go seeing it there. I remember I got excited to see the result on board with my friends and elder students of the school said congratulations to me. It is my good memory and nostalgic. There seem to be few schools like this these days since most of schools conduct their announce online. Time has changed.

入学試験 日本の学期は4月に始まり3月に終わるので、今は日本各地で入学試験が行われているシーズンです。 実は、うちの子どもたちも入試に挑んでいるまさに学生です。 子どもたちが力を発揮して、新年度を楽しく迎えられることを願っています。 ところで、私が学生の頃は入試の結果はほとんど各校の現地で発表されていて、それを見に行ったものです。 友人と結果の掲示板を見て興奮したり、その学校の在校生から祝福を受けたりしたことを思い出します。 良い思い出で懐かしいですね。 近年は多くの学校がオンラインで結果発表するので、こういった学校はほとんど無いようです。 時代は変わりましたね。
