Love and hate about Osaka

I live near Tokyo. It takes 5 hours to go to Osaka. I have been to Osaka twice. First trip to Osaka was a disaster. It was 10 years ago. We, my family and I, reserved a hotel. We picked up this hotel because they said early in the morning they had a direct bus to the USJ, Universal Studios Japan. The day to go to the USJ, we waited the bus. But it didn't come. So I asked a receptionist. She said it was coming very soon. So we waited for 10 minutes. Still it didn't come. I asked her again. She kept saying it was coming right away. So we waited. 1 hour later, the bus finally arrived. I was so upset because first one hour is very important to move around the park efficiently. If she didn't say it was coming very soon, we could choose different way to go to the USJ. There are some other frustrated things happened to me at that time. I finally decided that I would never ever visit Osaka again. Next time, I will write about how did my hatred changed into my love to Osaka. Thank you.
